"Symbol Imagery: Cautionary Tale" is the harrowing account of an eighth-grade Waldorf student who could not spell the word of. It wasn't because of low IQ: the student's IQ tested quite high (above 120). He just did not realize that he had the capacity to visualize words, and he was used to copying.

Note: The student in this video came from a Waldorf school, but the situation described is one that is all too familiar to educators from other school systems. Just as the problem is universal, so too is the solution presented in this course.
