Teach students to read (decode) and spell (encode) with phonics!
Written English is one giant code. Phonics rules show how it works. Explicit and direct instruction enables students to crack the code--and learn to read.
Support Course for The Roadmap to Literacy
The Roadmap to Literacy brings phonics instruction in a way that aligns with Waldorf education and with brain development. This course can be used with either edition. It presents phonics by phase--so teachers can meet all students where they are at (and get up to 95% of students reading at grade level).
This course is recommended for the following teachers and homeschool parents:
- Grades 1-3 (reading and spelling)
- Grades 4-8 (spelling)
- Remedial Educators
